Cupcakes... the amazing mini cake!

I particularly LOVE making cupcakes, as they are easily whipped up on a whim. But for the planned ones I like making tiny fondant accents.

A Surprise Present Birthday Cake

This was a special cake for a surprise birthday party.

A Little Cowboy's Birthday Cake

This was a cake I made for my nephew's very first birthday. It was cowboy themed with 3 different cake flavors to satisfy all.

A Mother's Day Cake

This was a Mother's Day Cake I made for all the lovely ladies in my extended family. I love the brush embroidery technique, it's also a favorite for wedding cakes. Chocolate Cake and Rasperry Frosting.

Easter Basket Cake

I really enjoyed this Easter
Cake, and so did all the family kids.

It had a yellow, green and pink checkered cake layers on the inside.

That FIRST cake that got the "fondant rolling"...

When my nephew Joey's baptism came up I offered to make the cake. I had always been interested in cake decorating, and intended to take a class before the cake would be due. The class was cancelled, but my enthusiasm was not. So after practising a bit I ended up with this. I loved it and it became my favorite hobby.
